ResultMD provides medical cost containment services by routing eligible services through licensed physician National Provider Identifiers (NPIs), HCPC-S procedural codes, and ICD-10 diagnostic codes, converting administrative costs into structured medical claims for self-funded, level-funded, PEO, and captive health benefit arrangements. Specific service terms, scope, and obligations are governed by separate written agreements executed between ResultMD and its distribution partners.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without our express written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of ResultMD or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESULTMD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
